How could I do it anyway?

I got a cellphone (Huawei VNS-L31) for free. Now to my problem it has been reset over a keyboard shortcut, when you turn on you have to sign in to Google immediately as the following message appears "This device has been reset to log in with a Google account that was previously synced to this device." Since I entered my data after that came this message "Unable to sign in to a recent password change. Please try to sign in 24 hours after the password was perfoming." This message comes every time. Can anyone help me and tell me how I can log in anyway to properly start the phone and use it. In advance a thank you.

eg

You must sign in with the old owner's Google Account.
Then you can remove that and create yours.

Okay, so there's no other way

The phone is secured with the Google Account of the previous owner, only the can remove the backup, contact the previous owner and tell him that he should remove the lock from the phone.

There's the problem I have reported to the one who gave it to me but he does not know who the previous owner is because he has bought it over another colleague or so as I understood it.

Only he can unlock it with his Google data, you can't use it otherwise. Are you sure that the phone is not stolen?
