Can huawei phone not re-register after hard reset?

So I did everything and made a normal hard reset, after that I came to the menu and selected my language according to the license agreement. Secondly, I then logged in with the WLAN then I was asked to sign in with my google account I pressed back and then stood there "PRA-LX1 set up" then I pressed set up as a new device and made at the end of the fingerprint. At the end comes the Emui symbol and then suddenly I'm back at the beginning to select language.

The mobile phone is bound to your Google Account. So the one with which you have previously logged in to the phone. You can't handle it.

If you no longer have the account, then you have been unlucky and you can now use your phone as a paperweight.

Then do it rooted and put a different OS on it.

No chance without Google Account.
