I have a problem with my Huawei Nova 2.
Unzwa I had an adware and there I tried with Antivirus Apps to delete the adware, which did not work.
So I decided to reset my smartphone, of course I backed up my data on the Huawei Cloud and on a mobile hard drive.
After the reset I wanted to download my data again but some apps, data, etc. Could not be downloaded and the mobile hard drive recognizes my smartphone no backup, if I check if there's a back-up then there's one and there are also data inside.
Again factory setting.
I've already tried that
Android on it, YouTube certainly has something.
Is there no other way?
Sell as broken.
My smartphone is still working pretty well. If you can't help me then please go.
