Cheap and good cell phone (with 64GB storage space, at least 6 inch display, etc.)?

I want to buy a cell phone. It should be cheap (around 120 euro) but as good as possible (lots of memory, large display). Also in terms of technology and operation, so it shouldn't lag or something. It should also have a Google Play Store, as e.g. Huawei doesn't have one as far as I know.
