Samsung or Huawei which is better?

If you don't want to buy the latest Samsung, the Huawei p30 pro clearly has the best camera.

It has a better camera, and a better user interface (EMUI).

I would also recommend Huawei to you, despite not having Google services. (Who needs the Google services?)
