Twisted potatoes in the fridge or not?

I just ordered food and there were some of the twisted potatoes left over https://www.google.de/...60&bih=516 (if you do not know what that is).

In any case, my mother probably still eats at 9 pm when she comes home from work. Do they have to go in the fridge, or not? We have about 26 degrees in the apartment.

No matter i do not think, when they are out, they are still warm xd
