Huawei smart watch installation problem?

It's like, I've gotten a new Huawei smart watch

There's a QR code displayed which should forward me to a website which I can't access for security reasons. Does anyone know how I can set and use the clock anyway?

Either you are using a different browser or you may be able to select "still visit this website" under "extended"
