Whatsapp messages do not appear until I open the app?

It's a Huawei with Android 8.1 and the Emui 8.2, I think.

I have eigl. Everything already set correctly. The battery limit is completely off for Whatsapp, the notifications are all active, the phone is NOT in the "do not disturb" mode and everything is in the app itself. Reinstalling does not help either.

How can I solve the problem?

The problem I have synonymous (Samsung s8) would be great if there's an answer. Mobile is on the latest update.

Yes and I think we're not alone either. It does not really bother me so much that I no longer get messages displayed but if I read this here I'll just stick to it 😃 with me by the way that applies to all other chat apps except Snapchat.
