Hi, how is the situation between Huawei and Google regarding Android just like that?
Will the Huawei mobile phones in the next few years likely get Android updates to the newer versions, is this settled somewhere or can this happen again in case the trade war between the US and China happens again, that Huawei's updates will be cut?
In my case it would be a device that would be bought new!
I received the update to Android10 this month and will get a patch next month.
Security updates anyway.
The Android system is not the problem as only the Google services like the Google Playstore, which is no longer present on the latest Huawei smartphones.

That is correct! The old phones still have all the features of the new ones but not more.
