This window pops up every time I'm on Google or looking at YouTube.

It's pretty annoying and I don't know how to disable it.

Not that I know of have only had the phone for 3 months

It looks like NFC to me.

Turn off NFC in the settings menu above.
Then the error message should actually go away…
