Flash the Huawei Watch GT?

I got a Huawei Watch GT as a present and wanted to flash it on a Wear OS. My question is whether this is even possible and if so, how?

I don't know, but I can't imagine that it can be overwritten as easily as a microbit with other software. I know that with Android studio e.g. You can program apps for smartwatches but you can flash the software right away 🤷🏻♂️ unfortunately I don't think so.
