Display two different times as a widget?

I want to display two different times with the built-in weather service and the weather widgets (from Huawei Y7 2019 with Android 8.1). Say I see the time and the weather of my current location on the bar and generally "on" my cell phone but have a widget on the home screen with the time and weather from Canada (my family lives there).

So a widget for is installed at Samsung. All you have to do is go to the widgets and then there's the dual clock.
