Samsung - Initial Configuration - Original owner must log in - What if this is not possible?

Hello maybe the headline is a little bit complicated.

Anyway status quo

I own a Huawei phone with a phone number. However, my phone got damaged and at the moment I do not have it at home because it is being repaired.

My father: Owns a Samsung which I reset, because I did not know the security pattern.

Now I want to register with an alternative sim card and my account. However, it now fails because Google service asks the original owner to log in. Due to the death I'm neither aware of my father's password nor is his number active.

Request for urgent help as I slowly do not know what to do and it can't be that in 2018 it is no longer possible to take a used phone in operation.

Do a hard reset that's probably better. YouTube helps.

Since I have to disappoint you, as a layman will spontaneously no one can help… Samsung is already thinking of something with his theft protection

If you have savvy species, the smartphones can flash and ne new firmware / Rome ironing on it would certainly be something feasible, but without knowing it rather not…

Unfortunately, this has been a safety feature for theft protection for several years.

You should have logged out of the Google Account before resetting, that was not possible because you did not have access to the phone.

I do not know if repair services could do anything by replacing the parts. That will cost something.

Do you know at least the Emaliaddresse your father with the cell phone was registered? Then you could try to apply for a new password on Google.

Otherwise, unfortunately, I see no country for you.

Allegedly brings the hard reset in aktivietem Diebstalschutz but nothing because samsung accesses to a datebook to synchronize access and phones always blocks… Was at least with my brother so that he looked after the reset and cach clean in a still locked device
