I'm actually a Huawei user and am now looking for a new cell phone because I only have 16GB. It should definitely have the latest Android version supported by Google. Can you recommend one to me there?

Then the above models fall out. Up to 400 euro I would recommend a Xiaomi Mi Note 10 (~ 350 euro). Super camera, long battery life and an Android with regular updates.
