I'm looking for in this way a good tablet with LTE and some memory which comes close to the Huawei Mediapad M5 lite 10.1 inches.
We want to surprise my brother who has to go abroad for a few months (Norway) so that he does not get too bored there has this gift.
Purpose: Watching series (Netflix) and install apps (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)
Important it should have:
SIM card slot
2 - 3 GB RAM
16 - 32 GB memory possibly expandable
10.1 inches and HD resolution
Android.
We wanted to spend at least 150 euro if possible.
For other suggestions, we're happy to be open.

I think with the Huawei you are very well served. The problem is that the Android tablet market is more or less dead. There are still stuff from China, but that's more or less something for nerds.
I can only recommend the Mediapad M5 lite. I use it myself and am very happy with it.
I agree with the previous speakers that I would either take the Huawei MediaPad M5 (Pro if stifft) or Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e.
Why is that?
I also observe that there are fewer and fewer tablets, eventually need a successor to my Samsung Tab S5 T800. I'm very happy with it, but the 16 G memory limit the number of apps. Even if I used 128G as SD card.
Does that mean that there are only ever larger and more powerful phones and WINDOWS prevails over it?
The best tablet for media consumption will be the Galaxy Tab S5e. Although it only has a middle class processor, it is much cheaper than e.g. The tab S4.
It has a brilliant display with QHD resolution and 4 speakers. Netflix in HDR could also be there.
At Amazon, the LTE version is available from 442 euro.
