Tablet with LTE and pen support?

Unfortunately, my old tablet has given up the ghost, so I need a new one. It is important that I can also use mobile data (4G, LTE) and make notes and drawings with a suitable pen.

My previous tablet was the Mediapad M5 lite from Huawei, are there any alternatives that are not too expensive? My budget is around 300 euro, up to 400 euro maximum.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 would be a slightly older option. With Notebooksbilliger there's still the LTE variant 429 euro.
