Good app for sketches on tablet (vector graphic)?

Does anyone have a good experience with a free as possible app, by means of which one can use the tablet (Huawei, Android) with a pen as a sketchpad?

It would be nice if the drawings in vectors (vector graphics) would be implemented, so you can zoom in easily.

My intention is to make freestanding pictures in PNGs in order to use them in a photo book.

For clarification: PNG is not a vector graphic format.
