From my own experience I know that root is required for such apps. Rooting at Huwei is a difficult thing.
As long as the click is limited to a position, you could use a mouse with a macro function. The macro could include many clicks in a row.
The (gaming) mouse should save these functions on the mouse and not require an active (Windows) program in the background. Roccat is a fitting manufacturer for it, while Razer is the opposite.
You then connect the mouse to your smartphone via USB (or Bluetooth). A keyboard could also have this function.
The mouse independently sends the numerous clicks to the system. Android gets nothing from a car clicker. Root is also not required.
