Recover Deleted Pictures (Huawei)?

I accidentally deleted some pictures on my old mobile phone (huawei). I then tried to restore it with different apps. Only then the quality was not good anymore. Is it possible to do this by PC? Or maybe one of you had a problem like that? Do you know a program for it?

I just miss that not only pictures, but also videos are deleted.
