I have a Huawei smartphone and since yesterday it is no longer on.
I simply ran out of work during the work and was shown to me a green robot and there was that I should connect the phone with USB to the computer and then open Hisuite. I did, but nothing happens and I do not get the phone on.
What else can I do to get it started again? Got this Hisuite down on my PC, but nothing happened. And it's not an old phone yet.
Should your phone have such a rare feature as a "removable without screwdriver battery", then take the battery out for a few minutes.
