Huawei still has 90 days (3 months) access to Android. Otherwise, they could still use Android Open Source.

And what happens after 90 days? Will you not get any updates?

This is not yet fixed, but 3 months are still time but supposedly there are no restrictions of these generations that have already been sold, so it should only concern the new models. If so, but rumors that the Trumpy guy just wants a trade deal with Huawei and wants to know if Huawei will accept it, we will know it or not. ^^
