Huawei P20 camera broken? - 1

Almost 2 weeks ago I noticed that the camera app does not work 100% anymore. Here's the problem:

Start the camera app as normal
Go directly to the "Pro" mode
Set the aperture time to about 30 seconds (but also happens at 5, 10, 15 seconds.).
ISO, AWB etc everything on car
Shoot the photo.
After 30 seconds, it should actually save the image. But it comes only the shutter sound and a short black image.
Now the app hangs completely and I have to restart it. Image not saved.

All other modes work flawlessly. The following measures have already been taken:

Camera app was reset to factory settings (cache and memory cleared.)
The complete smartphone has been reset to factory settings.

Unfortunately, everything did not work. But it does not necessarily have to send in…

Can you still take normal photos? If so, then it is a software problem, if not, then it is a hardware problem and if you want to continue to use it so must be sent. If there's a hardware problem just ask in the store.

Normal photos are absolutely no problem, even video recording with all the bells and whistles. Night mode, aperture mode. Everything runs. Only in Pro mode, as soon as I play around at the aperture, she hangs up the app to take the picture.
