No Emui 10.0 on the huawei p30 lite?

Today I found out from a friend that the huawei p30 lite already have the version emui 10.0 on the huawei p30 lite. Whenever I look for new versions it says "You are up to date", even though there was an update long ago. What am I supposed to do now

I think it's difficult without unlocking the bootloader?!
