Times remove the files and camera permission for Instagram then start Instagram again and then when it asks the permissions allow.
Maybe just uninstalling and reinstalling works for almost everything.
Use a water-soluble pen and play cheese boxes or tic-tac-toe. If there are others with the same pattern next to it, Go can also play on it.

Conditionally, it's about receivability. If the bandwidth is too small to keep photos up to date, they will not be transmitted.

That means there's an error in the receptionability of the images. You have excluded the networks as a source of errors as well as your account, and you have already deleted and reinstalled the app.
There remains the operating system of your smartphone, which is renewed by resetting, and the hardware, i.e. The smartphone itself, after everything else has been excluded.
Alternatively, accept the error, because the functionality of the app is obviously limited.

Unfortunately I have to contradict 😬 The question is about the images / videos stored on the device, they don't have to & can't be accessed via the Internet but only loaded from the memory
And how did you get into memory? Do they grow there?
E.g. Take a picture? 😂 It is NOT about the feed but about the INTERNAL gallery. None of this is on the Internet but on the cell phone. Interesting that you are a community expert
