Huawei P20 Lite no reception?

I have problems with a Huawei P20 Lite, the thing is still quite new but has the problem that it can't connect to services. It recognizes the telecom and Vodafon networks exist but it always says connection is not possible. The simcard is recognized, it asks for a pin and the number is also recognized. Nevertheless, the top of the service is not available. Wireless bluetooth is all mobile data but not.

O2 is by far the worst network.

The card goes in other phones and other cards do not go in the phone. It recognizes exactly how the functioning cell phones in the family, which networks exist. But when selecting it fails at Vodafone and Telekom. I have read that sometimes after the resets of the phone there are problems dialing into networks through the APN unfortunately I do not know how to fix this.

You could manually search for the networks and dial in. You will find this option under Network Operator (see screenshot).

Have you ever changed the location? Maybe your phone does not like your location. Every mobile phone has different antennas and bands.

As a last step, you could still perform a reset.
