Huawei pedometer is gone?

I always had a pedometer on my huawei p8 lite 2017 phone. But then I changed the design and now the pedometer is gone. Where can I activate it again?

You can search the preinstalled app "Health" and then activate it again.

Or you zoom out on the home screen and add it back via widgets.
