Huawei P20 Lite - Notch get into the picture?

The Huawei P20 Lite has a notch, but I do not understand the meaning of this notch when notch is hidden in almost all apps.

In landscape apps there's always a black bar. Why is Notch not like the iPhone X or Oneplus 6 in the picture?

Well, simply because a lot of people complain when there's something going on and you just can't read it and Huawei just solved it that way.

The notch is there for the camera.

If the notch is always hidden. Then they should have installed no Notch directly.

Only in landscape mode the notch is hidden. The notch is there, that you have more display.

More display… Great that this is not used. It is also sometimes hidden in portrait format apps.

It is used. And in my opinion, Huawei has solved that best.
