Does anyone still have the Android 10?

Because I have the latest hauwei p30 and I still have Android 10 and all my mates already have Android 11 and I just wanted to ask if anyone is exactly the same or just I'm unlucky that the one on one of the newest Huawei is not coming because you can actually say that because the Huawei is no longer with Android but a Kupel of mine has the same cell phone and he already has Android 11
