How can you fix the charge animation at Huawei?

I own a Huawei P20 Pro and like this charge animation totally when plugging in the charging cable, but unfortunately it disappears after a few seconds and I think that's a shame. I think it would be best to see the charge animation on the lock screen all the time.

I also have a Huawei P20 (not a pro) but it also has this animation… I think it's cool too! Unfortunately I do not know how it works…
