Are you connected via Wi-Fi or mobile data? Maybe your cell phone doesn't download much via mobile data / just blocks it
You can try deleting and re-downloading the game, the data will be saved with the game anyway (you can continue where you left off even after you delete it and download it again)
Otherwise, the game may simply not work on your cell phone, but I doubt that everything worked out beforehand.
