Huawei P20 lite or Xiaomi Mi 8 lite?
I'm now about to buy a new phone and can't decide between the Huawei and the Xiaomi phone. Since I have never had a cell phone of these companies, I know the "operating systems" (yes, I know, Android is actually the OS) only reviews and have no favorites here. Does one of you have a mobile phone with MiUi / Emui and can give feedback there? If you can recommend other phones, always with it… The main thing relatively good camera, if possible dual main camera and with a maximum price of 250 euro.
The Huawei P20 Lite costs only 198 euro. My daughter paid 229 euro 4 weeks ago. I think that's a good price. It is also very satisfied, even if there are already more powerful models for this price, but that is always the case, that the products are getting better and more powerful.
I have certainly answered here 5-6 times, but then again.
The Mi8 Lite is clearly the better choice, as fast CPU and better camera.
Actually, the P20 Lite is even a pretty cucumber for its price. The fact that the P20 Lite was the best-selling mobile phone in Germany in the last few months is probably due to the fact that companies like Xiaomi are currently still relatively unknown.
EMUI and MIUI are roughly comparable to the operating concept. Is not for everyone.
What is clear is which mobile is better. The Mi 8 Lite wipes the floor with the P20 Lite, in every sense. Significantly more power, much better camera.
If the camera is good, then you're probably the best at it with the Mi 8 Lite in the range. Personally, I would trade some camera quality for the thicker battery and the smaller notch on the Redmi Note 7, but you have to decide that.
The phone has been around for less than 2 months for under 200 euro.
Maybe not on Amazon. Maybe it was a long time ago, can be good! Time goes by so fast.
