Film asynchronous what to do?

I downloaded a movie about Momentum yesterday. Who does not know that I'm a paid provider where private individuals can upload films where you pay about 70 euro for. So only once a year. I downloaded the film from my laptop. Everything top picture, sound and quality flawless. Everything was in order. Then I moved the film from the laptop to my cell phone and now the film is not working properly. The sound is about 10 seconds slower than the picture.

Can someone tell me what to do? Or if there's an app with which I can fix it. I have a Huawei P20 and no I don't want to look over the laptop because I want it for my cell phone

It may well be that the cell phone is simply too slow to be able to play it correctly. Especially when the resolution is very high and a codec was used that can only be decoded in software.

OK but there was an incident with me that I also downloaded a film, moved it to my cell phone and could see it as normal. A few weeks later, however, it was suddenly asynchronous
