Hi, I have the problem that I would like to transfer some videos from my Huawei P20 Pro to my Windows PC, which has always worked great in recent months. However, if I now transfer videos or just want to play directly on the PC opens the media player but it is only the sound without a picture played. Even if I want to import the data into Adobe Premiere Pro it says only: "Error importing". No matter in what form the videos were taken, e.g. 4K, Full HD the videos just will not play. Does anyone have an idea why this might be?
Time tried the VLC player? Will probably be a codec problem.
