Huawei p20 lite loads only on the laptop why?

Hello dear my phone no longer loads normally. So I thought it was up to the cable and bought a new one but that does not work but the phone charges for a second and then it goes out again but as soon as I load the laptop it loads with the same cable all the time maybe I can explain someone and vlt also call a solution because I do not always have a laptop with me

Your phone can't charge. If it is, it will be loaded.

If this works on the laptop and not with the charger, it is obvious that this is broken.
