Huawei P30 lite constantly smears?

My Huawei P30 lite mobile phone has been crashing for a few days. I even tried to set the phone to the factory settings and use it that way. It also worked for one day I was able to use my cell phone without it crashing, but the next day it started all over again. I'm relatively sure that it can't be due to the battery overheating, as it is relatively cold when the phone smears. 3rd party apps don't seem to be the problem either, as I've already tested my phone in safe mode and the problem still occurred. In addition, with the help of HiSuite, I downgraded the cell phone to an older software version and tried it, and the cell phone crashed there too. As if that wasn't bad enough, after the device is lubricated, it usually has to restart several times before I can finally unlock it. Does anyone know about such a problem and can help me?

If possible, I would complain about the device for you. It could possibly be a hardware defect that is difficult or impossible to repair yourself.
