I took pictures of lines of text with my Huawei P20, text was very legible, then I moved them to the laptop (Surface Book2), zack, totally blurred. Then I moved them back to my cell phone, zack, out of focus, nothing more to see. WHY and how can I fix it? The inhook is very important because it took several days to find this information out of the books.
Most likely, you have only moved small thumbnails, which of course appear large-scale or larger, correspondingly out of focus.
Could it be that the format changed when the files were moved? From PNG you to JPG?
No. And even if that were the case, it would not have a visible impact on quality. Just look how big the pictures are in pixels.
Yes, but then I copied it back to my cell phone. Then it is still out of focus
We can't get any further. Check out the dimensions and other file properties. Separately on the mobile phone and on the PC.

Are you kidding me?
The same on cell phones and PCs. Well, I copied it too… Should I move it instead of copying it over?
No Why?
I have absolutely no idea about the matter
Yes, you can tell. Files do not change when copied or moved. You should not be surprised that a relatively small picture may look better on a small display than on a large PC monitor. However, a self-made cell phone photo should not be as small as the file you named. So it was probably as I suspected.
Thank you for your answer! But how can it be that the pictures were legible on the cell phone before and after moving on the PC they became unreadable and when they were moved back they still remain unreadable?
I don't know what EXACTLY you did there. If you copied or moved the large originals, the quality would be good. So you screwed up something.
Do you have a tip?
Yes, learn to move the right files.
How?
Age very calm brown!
Because I tell you how to react colloquially to such questions on the Internet - and rightly so - do I look "restless"? I couldn't be calmer. I learned my lessons 30 years ago.
