Switch off Huawei background apps by themselves?

With my Huawei P30 Lite, the background apps simply switch off by themselves. So the apps are closed, how can you turn this off?

Press the square button then the '' app history '' should be displayed. And then you pull this down. Then you will see a lock in the top right. Then nothing closes anymore
