A few days ago I noticed that Google duo was active in the bar above. The strange thing is I don't use Google duo and I haven't set it up to make calls.
Now I have a look at the app in the settings and found that the data consumption since May 7 has been an average data consumption of 40 kb and in a few days at 20 MB. I know that apps can consume data in the background, but I've never used the app.
Since I do not use the app or have an account, how is it that I still have data consumption here and the app is running in the background. For other apps that I do not use, the data consumption is 0.
If you had the possibility to gain access somehow via a devolo WLAN amplifier because I bought a used amplifier and still use the password of the seller with which you can log in to the internet to change settings.
I'm using an Android cell phone Huawei p30, but as far as I know it is no longer so easy to hack into new cell phones… Right?
Hope someone knows their way around and can help me
It is not the cell phone that is hacked, but the programs that buy on the respective devices.
With the devolo WLAN amplifier you could use your internet if you knew the access WLAN pass, but then you are still far from being on the device of the user - a "hack" as you mean here is unlikely.
