Huawei P20 Lite Bypass Google Account?

And my grandma bought a new phone and the mobile phone store helped her and made her a Google Account. She wrote down the password and lost the note. Someone has reset the phone and jzt is the problem we do not come to the Google account around it, because somehow the e-mail is also wrong password forgotten.
