Can it be that I have damaged my CPU / GPU on the phone?

I got the Huawei P20 Lite at the beginning of April and play from April onwards, every day a few rounds of PUBG and of course it will always be warm. In the beginning it was very fluid but now there are occasionally jerks and this mobile restart or phone manager to boost the phone brings nothing.

Can it be that it has damaged my GPU / CPU due to overheating and overloading?

If something went down due to overheating, the part would not work anymore, it will not slow down. PUBG Mobile probably just had a patch that degraded performance. The Kirin 659 is anything but a power house anyway.

Do not break, but something worsens. 90 days a day overheating, can imagine that it was too much

I just wrote that exactly that can't happen. And if it really could happen after 90 days, then Huawei would have done horribly bad work there.
