I bought a Huawei P9+ on ebay classifieds and it arrived today. When I switched it on I immediately noticed that this is not a Huawei also tested several things. I paid the phone with Paypal and also have the Buyer Protection. Can I if the seller does not answer me back the money so? And if so, how?
