You can't play Fortnite on a Huawei P Smart 2019. You can find the list of playable devices by going to fortnite.com/android on your phone and tapping "Check your device's compatibility". There you can see on which mobile phones you can play Fortnite.

It does not work because Fortnite scans which phone you have and if your phone is not compatible then Fortnite will not start.
