Where's my autosync?

My cell phone doesn't feel like syncing anything anymore, so I checked the settings and then noticed that I no longer have AutoSync. Can jm. Help get that back?
My colleague's cell phone still works:
My mobile phone: Huawei P20 lite
Colleague: Huawei P30 lite
