As you could already see from my title, the music app does not work on my p smart 2019 😅 When I try to open it closes immediately and I have no idea to go on, does anyone have any idea? Would be really great
In the app settings and there cache times and if necessary delete data (the songs are NOT gone)
I just did it but unfortunately did not bring anything 😅 Thanks anyway 👍
Do an update of the app or best a software update of the device, if available.
Otherwise uninstall the updates of the app.
If all else fails, download an alternative app.
