I have a problem with Instagram. The camera is not recognized. When I try to record stories, I just have a black picture and when I upload my photo I can't connect to the camera.
Thank you in advance.
First of all:
- Mobile: Huawei P8 Lite (2015/16)
- normal mobile camera app works without problems
- App has already been reinstalled - problem persists
- App permission for camera is opposite.
Then take a photo without an instagram and add it afterwards from the "film reel" or "gallery" or whatever that means with Huwei. (The photos taken with the mobile phone camera are getting better in quality than with the Instagram camera.)
Thanks for the proposal, however, that is not a permanent solution.
Why not? I shoot with a DSLR and then put the photos online at Insta. Permanently. The photos are also downscaled by Insta, but I have them for my photo album at least in good quality. Why should I be content with bad Insta quality for the photo album?
Yes, we could argue around for a long time now, but it does not solve the problem. Nevertheless, many thanks for your help.
If you really want to use the Insta camera, you are of course right. But I still ask, why do you want to be satisfied with poor quality, if you have a better alternative? The "normal" Handycamera takes better pictures.
Because I'm more of a story guy and post more stories. And I do not want to record every story with my phone camera, then open again in Instagram again, post them and then later delete them from the gallery, because I do not keep long in the gallery.
Okay, I can understand. - Sorry, except reinstall app (you have already done) and contact the support, I can't think of anything.
Ok thanks anyway 😉
