I had just bought my P30 Pro last month and about 20 minutes ago I had the phone on the cable and incidentally just surfed a bit on ebay and then went out of nowhere the touch no more and a few seconds later, the phone was completely dead I hung it up a few minutes later, but it does not work anymore… I treated the phone with care, got a thick rhinestone shell and the cellphone did not fall off or anything else. What could that be? And can I exchange the mobile phone with my provider for a new one? Because after a month that is not supportable for such a expensive mobile phone I think.

You can try holding down the power button and the volume down button for a few seconds.
