I had just bought my P30 Pro last month and about 20 minutes ago I had the phone on the cable and incidentally just surfed a bit on ebay and then went out of nowhere the touch no more and a few seconds later, the phone was completely dead I hung it up a few minutes later, but it does not work anymore… I treated the phone with care, got a thick rhinestone shell and the cellphone did not fall off or anything else. What could that be? And can I exchange the mobile phone with my provider for a new one? Because after a month that is not supportable for such a expensive mobile phone I think.
Sure, 2 years warranty. Is then probably a broken phone. They have to give you something new, if there are no signs of wear, from falling down or something
That should not be with a new mobile phone. Did you buy or use it again? I would definitely recommend you to complain.
You can try holding down the power button and the volume down button for a few seconds.
That forces a reset and should restart a stuck phone.
If this does not help, you have to turn to your provider, that device has a normal 24 months manufacturer's warranty.
Brand new bought.
That can always happen, Android is a fairly complex operating system, since something can ever "jam".
No, as I said the phone never fell down. I treat such things pfeglch.
Then they have to give you a new phone.
It started seriously! How can I thank you? And what could that have been?
Just a hitch in the software that can happen now and then. Since then just swallows the operating system to something, and then it looks like that cell phone, although it is actually on, but stop responding to nothing because the software is.
