Gmail showing messages too late?

Good evening I'm desperate, for months Gmail always shows me new emails too late, I've tried everything; Empty the chat, delete data, restart the phone, uninstall the app and freeze around in the settings. All brought nothing. I have a Huawei P20 with the current version of; 10.0.0.185 (C432E8R1P3), synchronization with all accounts is also activated and updated to the current version (already through reinstallation)
