I bought a 2-year contract in April 2017 in connection with a Huawei P10 Lite. Had to pay for the phone only 40 euro. Now it's junk and need a new… Can I extend the contract again to 2 years and get a new phone?

Time: For contracts with a minimum term of 24 months, a renewal is possible as a standard from 3 months before expiry - ie from the 22nd month. If there's the possibility of a premature contract extension, you will see this in the tariff details in https://www.o2online.de/...uebersicht.
You can get by contract renewal at the earliest after 18 months a discounted mobile phone.
