Make up the Huawei P30 lite only with a password?

I bought the Huawei P30 lite New Edition a few months ago and I'm not yet very familiar with it. I have an older brother who always finds it very funny to turn my phone off completely if I leave my phone somewhere. Can you set it on this phone so that you have to enter a password before you can turn off the phone? Would be very helpful, thanks in advance.
