Screen protection for P30 really necessary (already seems to be present)?

I bought the Huawei P30 (no light, no pro). Now I wanted to attach a screen protector and could see that one of the factory is already attached.

Now my question, is this sufficient and protects it against any cracks?

If this case already exists at purchase then I would deduct this and buy a screen protector or bulletproof glass.

Julian888 the film is only there to protect the "not yet used" device from dust and scratches. Of course, you can still use this slide but I would recommend you a bulletproof glass
